A flowing practice that incorporates strengthening, stretching, and breath work. Get your circulation and energy flowing with this dynamic style.

Hatha


Hatha is purely the physical practice of yoga postures, not neccesarily a certain style. Just move through the postures that suit your individual practice best. Align and calm body and mind.

Pilates

​

Preformed on a mat, Pilates is a low impact method of exercise designed to strengthen muscles, improve posture, and increase flexibility. It is a full body workout with a strong core focus. 
A Pilates mat required.
